Jordan Mackenzie Whittaker

Jordan specializes in the areas of organizational business development, change management and equity, diversity and inclusion. Jordan leads with a unique skill set and training that influences project management deliverables and driving results with people in mind. She is currently working to complete her Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Education: Applied Theatre and Community from Emerson College. She holds certifications in ProSci Change Management, atIXa Climate Surveys and VAWA Compliance & Prevention Education. 

Before founding The Weedaker Group, Jordan was plugged into many creative outlets that shaped her perspective, always determined to ride the wave of evolving change.In the early stages of her career, she trained over 50,000 college and university students across North America in Bystander Intervention, Sexual Consent Education and being an active community member. From there, Jordan worked in Higher Education for 6 years, supporting Emerson College in special projects in Human Resources, Office of Orientation and Family Programs, and soon evolved into managing college wide Change Management initiatives, facilitating college wide training initiatives and crisis management responses for Covid -19 campus and community response.

With The Weedaker Group, Jordan has supported Boston’s first Economic Empowerment cannabis license and two recreational cannabis retail locations in the state, supporting applicants in executing steps to commence operations. Jordan has  managed operations, vendor relations and artist relations for Massachusetts premier 21+ cannabis music festival.

(EON) educates and empowers people of color to become active participants in the Massachusetts legal cannabis market. EON’s mission is to ensure equitable ownership and employment opportunities for Black and Brown Communities who have been targeted by the War on Drugs.
