The Cannabis Control Commission promulgated historic regulations to rein in host community agreements and require municipal equity policies after a thoughtful, inclusive, and deliberative process.

Acting Chair Concepcion has shown tremendous leadership and stewardship of the Cannabis Control Commission during a period of difficult transitions and distractions. Her depth of knowledge from various regulatory review working groups, inclusive approach to facilitating, and focus on impact and equity helped the CCC navigate a lengthy public regulatory revision process that produced regulations the Commonwealth should be proud of, and she has continued to provide stability and progress since.
Commissioner Camargo was appointed to serve in the social justice seat of the CCC in 2021 and has been a friend and partner to EON throughout her tenure, including elevating important regulatory issues raised by EON and supporters like you.
