Good morning community, urgent action is needed this week!
Please take a moment today to contact Massachusetts local Senators asking them to VOTE YES on Senate Bill 2801 this week. It should not take more than 5-10 minutes of your time.
INPUT YOUR ADDRESS & FIND YOUR LOCAL SENATOR HERE |
Join us in advocating for racial justice and equity in the Massachusetts cannabis industry by contacting your local Senator (Phone and or Email), and asking them to VOTE YES on Senate Bill 2801 this week.
Senate Bill 2801 (legislative text found here) will significantly reform the current Host Community Agreement model, prioritize equity on a local level and advance the Cannabis Social Equity Trust Fund!
The changes established in Senate Bill 2801 would empower the Cannabis Control Commission to be involved in the oversight of Host Community Agreements and further incentivize cities and towns to prioritize Cannabis Social Equity.
Together, we can influence change to establish and protect equitable cannabis policies. Now itβs time to put more pressure on our elected officials about policies and regulations that will impact the shape of the industry in Massachusetts for generations ahead.
URGENT ACTION IS NEEDED. Ask them to VOTE YES this week.
LET US KNOW HOW IT GOES! |
After youβve called or emailed your local Senators, please keep in touch, and let us know how it went. Weβve created this short form here for your responses for the Senate Bill 2801 Call to Action.
If any questions come up, please feel free to contact us! We look forward to connecting and continuing to strive for an equitable cannabis industry in Massachusetts!
