  • Think about barriers and opportunities particularly for Economic Empowerment applicants, Social Equity Program participants, disadvantaged businesses, potential applicants for Areas of Disproportionate Impact, co-ops, outdoor grows, delivery operators, and other license types.
  • What regulatory changes would reduce barriers and increase opportunity for equity businesses?
  • How should we ensure operators deliver on thier Positive Impact Plans, Diverse Hiring Plans, and meaningfully support social justice and equitable participation?
  • Should we have a licensing ratio to ensure parity in traitional licenses or make other changes to the licensing process to reduce wasted time and expense for equity businesses?
  • What changes could be made to support consumers and patients?
  • Are there any changes needed to marketing, signage, agent registration, potency, packaging, or other operational aspects that would support equity businesses?
  • What other ideas, concerns, or questions do you have about the CCC’s regulations?
