  • How can we ensure the success of equity businesses from the start of the application process through and beyond opening,through expansion or other transitions?
  • Think about barriers and opportunities particularly for Economic Empowerment applicants, Social Equity Program participants, disadvantaged businesses, potential applicants for Areas of Disproportionate Impact, co-ops, outdoor grows, delivery operators, and other license types.
  • What regulatory changes would reduce barriers and increase opportunity for equity businesses?
  • How should we ensure operators deliver on thier Positive Impact Plans, Diverse Hiring Plans, and meaningfully support social justice and equitable participation?
